1. Introduction
CleanRoute is operated by Qu-Ten Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CleanRoute (“the Service”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
CleanRoute provides personalised environmental guidance, including route recommendations, exercise timing and air quality insights. Our recommendations are informational and are not medical advice. Always use your own judgement and consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Free trial and subscriptions
We offer a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically at the advertised monthly price. You may cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancel anytime — you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we don’t provide partial-month refunds. The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate CleanRoute before you’re charged.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Data and accuracy
Environmental data is drawn from UK government and open environmental sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that data or recommendations are error-free, complete or continuously available. CleanRoute provides informational guidance only and does not provide medical advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanRoute is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
